Healthcare

Residents either attend their own Doctors’ surgeries for medical care, or are visited at the home if they are unwell
In the case of urgently needed care, we have a contract with the Order of St John to provide ambulance services to Tauranga Hospital
Our pharmacist pre-packages all our medications for all of our clients
We encourage families to take residents to hospital outpatient’s appointments, but if they are unavailable one of the staff members will accompany them.

Accommodation

We have 29 single rooms, with two semi-independent units attached to the facility.  These areas each have their own living/dining area and bathrooms.
We have a telephone for our residents' use, and some rooms have individual jack points for personal telephones if you wish.

Dining
